Mold Remediation to a Bedroom in Daly City, CA

This Bedroom in Daly City, CA had a long term window leak that caused mold to grow and become visible.  SERVPRO of South San Francisco City/ San Bruno was called to perform the Mold Remediation.   Due to the water leak from the Windows the lower part of the drywall walls was affected.  The water was feeding the Mold causing it to spread around the Bedroom.  Our Technicians removed the affected drywall and insulation.  We placed an Air Scrubber to trap any Airborne Spores.  We sanded down and cleaned the exposed framing.  An antimicrobial treatment was applied.  Once the Remediation was completed new materials could be placed.
