Other SERVPRO Franchises should model after the Customer Service standards of the South San Francisco Team.  Shawn and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely nice.  On the days that they did work, you could not tell that they were even there because they cleaned up so well after themselves!  Shawn and Team,  Thank you again!
